AFRICAN LION SAFARI

African Lion Safari is a family-owned safari park situated in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, about 100 kilometres (62 mi) west of Toronto. Though situated in Hamilton city limits, it is located near Cambridge, Ontario. It includes more than 1,000 animals, representing over 100 species of mammals and birds from across the globe. Guests may tour seven game reserves (with a total area of about 740 acres (300 hectares)) traversed via tour buses or the visitors' own vehicles where animals roam freely in large contained areas.

From park opening at the beginning of May to park closure, the weather conditions for the park attendants employed has always been a challenge. Management wanted a functional uniform that would involve limited layering pieces as necessary but still keep the employee comfortable.

Arrow Uniform was able to design a custom uniform program encompassed around a safari–themed image while maintaining a solution that kept outdoor weather elements in mind.

The uniform design started with an extensive review of fabric types and colors. The safari element lends well to a rip-stop fabric which is tough, rugged and reliable. This proved perfect for the outdoors. This program is functional, fashionable and a solution for all weather conditions.

The employees of the African Lion Safari now have a look as unique and amazing as the park itself, and can be proud to wear the uniform to work every day. The garments have not only enhanced the image but provided additional comfort to the staff, and has hit a home run with the visitors.
