We utilized numerous vendors thru out our restaurant and production facilities. This lead to price variances for products and multiple communications to all for any service concerns or changes. Product was also of different quality and specifications and inventories were out of control resulting in increased cost due to multiple vendors. Billing came from multiple sources and was time consuming to audit and pay out to multiple vendors.
Arrow implemented our ASN Networking providing 100% coverage to all locations with specific product specifications and quality under our single pricing structure. Provided a "KAM" Key Account Manager to oversee the account as a whole making sure there is a "Single Point" of contact for all Bob Evans locations. Consolidated billing was structured around making the auditing process simple and one payment went out monthly to the vendor. Ongoing quarterly reviews utilizing or “Account Profile” to standardize all services and product needs and changes at each location.
Arrow won all the business as a single source provider, Although Bob Evans was hesitant to single source. This was done over time due to exceptional service and ease of communication due to the team dedicated to Bob Evans.
