First Aid, CPR, AED, and Safety Training
Arrow Health and First Aid safety and compliance programs include a variety of
materials to help train, educate, and protect you, your workers, and visitors
to your facility. Arrow Health and Safety first aid, CPR and AED programs are
designed to give you the confidence to respond in an emergency situation with
skills that can save a life. Additional training in blood borne pathogens,
oxygen administration and injury prevention can be added to CPR and first aid
training to prepare you to prevent and respond to life-threatening emergencies.

According to American Heart Association implementing
a QUALITY AED program involves four key elements:
1. Medical Oversight and Quality Improvement
2. Notifying the Local EMS Agency
3. Protocol for reporting an emergency
a. Where AED’s are located
b. Process for sharing event data

Zoll AED Plus
Cardiac Arrest strikes people of all ages and fitness levels, usually without
warning. Many of these lives could be saved if bystanders act promptly to phone
911 and begin CPR, and if trained responders provide defibrillation within
minutes.
The AED Plus is more than a defibrillator. ZOLL has developed a full
resuscitation device which not only delivers a shock to a patient when
necessary but it also reinforces your CPR training by voice and visual prompts
going through all of the steps to CPR.
Watch a video that demonstrates how the AED Plus can help you save lives.
